Our Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship gives Apprentices the ability to be mentored by a specialist industry tutor who will help to develop their skills, behaviours and knowledge in the following areas;

• Supporting, managing and developing team members
• Managing projects
• Planning and monitoring workloads and resources
• Delivering operational plans
• Resolving problems
• Building relationships that are both internal and external to the organisation
