As a Lead Adult Care Worker you will make a positive difference to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional or intellectual challenges.

Our Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship offers you a bespoke delivery plan, and mentoring by a specialist industry tutor who will shape your future on the following key areas:

• Supporting individuals to stay safe
• Health and well-being
• Playing an active role in developing personal care plans
• Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
• 15 standards in care
